Your region decides which casinos may be shown to you at all.

Affiliate disclosure

LobbyRank earns commission from casinos. Here is exactly how that works and what we do to keep it out of the data.

Last reviewed

The short version

When you follow a link from this site to a casino and open an account there, that casino may pay us. Either a percentage of the revenue your play generates, or a one-off fee once you deposit, depending on the agreement. It costs you nothing extra and it does not change the terms you get.

What commission does not buy

The honest problem with affiliate sites is that the money and the rankings point in the same direction. Our answer is structural rather than a promise:

  • The lobby prominence score cannot be bought. It is computed from observed lobby positions at casinos, using the published formula. Commercial terms are not an input to it. Neither is our own opinion of the casino — our editorial rating is excluded from the calculation by design, not by policy.
  • Where-to-play ordering follows the data. Casinos are ordered by where that specific game sits in their lobby, then by how many casinos carry it. Our rating breaks ties only. Commission rate is not a sort key anywhere in the codebase.
  • Bad ratings stay published. A casino we rate poorly keeps its rating and its review. We do not quietly drop operators for rating badly. The only thing that removes a casino from our lists is documented evidence of fraud or non-payment.
  • We say when a link is commercial. Outbound casino links are marked as sponsored, and this disclosure appears in the footer of every page rather than only here.

What commission does influence

It would be dishonest to claim the money changes nothing at all. It determines which casinos we can list, because we can only send you to an operator whose programme we have been approved for. That is a real limitation and it means our coverage is not the whole market.

It also shapes what we prioritise reviewing — games and casinos that get clicks get our editorial time first. We think that is reasonable, but you should know it.

Who we work with

We only list operators licensed to serve the region you are reading from, and we check the licence against the regulator’s public register rather than taking the casino’s word for it. Where we have verified a licence, the page shows the date we checked.

If something on this site looks like it was influenced by commission, tell us. That is exactly the feedback we want, and the methodology page exists so you can check the working.

Affiliate disclosure. LobbyRank earns a commission when readers open an account through links on this site. It costs you nothing and it never changes how we rank a game or rate a casino — our lobby prominence score is computed from lobby data alone and our editorial rating never enters it.
