What we do

LobbyRank tracks where slot games actually sit in real casino lobbies — which titles get the front page in Brazil, which ones quietly slid down the list in the UK, which ones nobody carries at all. We collect that ordering weekly, turn it into a lobby prominence score, and publish it alongside the method.

Almost every other site in this vertical is casino-first: review the operator, push the bonus, rank by whoever pays best. We are game-first. You arrive looking for a specific game, and the casino is the answer to “where can I play this?” rather than the point of the page.

How we make money

We are an affiliate. When a reader opens an account at a casino through a link on this site, that casino pays us — either a share of the revenue that player generates, or a one-off fee. It costs the reader nothing.

The obvious risk is that this quietly buys our rankings. Two structural answers, both checkable:

• The lobby prominence score is computed from lobby position data alone. Commercial terms are not an input, and neither is our own editorial rating of the casino.
• Casinos we rate badly stay on the site with their bad rating. A low score is content. The only thing that removes a casino from our lists is documented evidence of fraud or non-payment.

What we will not do

• Publish a number we cannot source. Unverified fields show “—”. There are no rankings on this site today because the crawler has not run yet.
• Call prominence “popularity”. We measure what casinos promote, not what players play, and we say so on every page that carries a score.
• Present gambling as income, investment, or a way out of financial trouble. It is entertainment that costs money.
• Use urgency, “risk-free” framing, or any of the language that makes this industry’s advertising what it is. Our copy is linted against a banned-word list on every build.
• Promote an operator into a country it is not licensed to serve.

Independence

LobbyRank is operated independently of any other business its owners are involved in. It has its own entity, its own accounts and its own channels, and it does not cross-promote with anything else.

Who writes this

Editorial reviews are written by a named human who has actually played the game being reviewed, with dated screenshots as evidence. We are still settling how that byline should work, so rather than invent an author profile, there is not one yet. When there is, it will be a real person with a verifiable track record, and it will appear on every review they write.

Status
